Rooted in grace, communication, and purpose — On Course Family Coaching helps couples and parents strengthen connection, find clarity, and navigate life transitions with renewed faith and understanding.
Each program is designed to meet families where they are, offering practical tools and spiritual encouragement to help them stay on course together.

Life Coaching for Couples and parents

  • Couples and parents who are:

    • Feeling disconnected or overwhelmed by life’s demands

    • Struggling to communicate effectively or navigate conflict

    • Facing parenting challenges, teen transitions, or blended family dynamics

    • Adjusting to new seasons — empty nest, career changes, or major life shifts

    • Wanting to align faith, purpose, and daily routines

Coaching is not therapy, mentoring, or consulting. Coaching is a partnership where the coach helps you identify personal or professional goals, create an action plan, and helps you stay accountable to achieve them. We look forward rather than back.

    • Clarity about priorities and direction as a couple or family

    • Healthier communication and shared problem-solving

    • Renewed connection rooted in faith, not frustration

    • Practical strategies for balance, boundaries, and peace

    • Confidence to lead your home with purpose

My approach blends Biblical principles with practical coaching tools — offering both heart and strategy for your next steps.

  • All coaching sessions are held virtually, making it easy for couples and parents to connect from home or work. Sessions are private and flexible, using video calls for open, comfortable conversations.

  • Enrollment for Couples & Parent Coaching is open year-round.
New clients typically begin at the start of each month after a Discovery Call and intake session.

You can choose from 3-, 6-, or 12-month packages depending on your goals and preferred pace of growth.

  • Coaching works because it strengthens what life tends to wear down — communication, patience, and shared purpose. When couples and parents intentionally invest in their relationship, they rediscover partnership instead of pressure.

Through honest conversation and faith-centered guidance, coaching turns tension into teamwork and helps families find direction that honors both God and each other.
